摘　　要：以918名特殊教育学校教师为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察了社会支持与特殊教育学校教师工作家庭冲突、职业承诺之间的关系。结果发现:社会支持在特殊教育学校教师工作家庭冲突与职业承诺之间起调节作用。This study aims to explore the relationship between social support and special education school teachers＇ work-family conflict or career commitment, by using a questionnaire to test 918 special education school teachers. According to the results, social support plays a role in regulating the relationship between special education school teachers＇ work-family conflict and their career commitment.
