不同教育层次实习护生就业取向调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同教育层次实习护生的就业取向是否存在差异,为护理院校进行就业指导和职业生涯教育提供依据。方法采用自编问卷对794名不同教育层次(本科269名、专科294名、中专231名)的实习护生进行调查,分别对他们希望就业的单位、就业医院级别、就业单位的地理位置、毕业后希望从事的护理工作范畴及工作后期望的月薪酬进行比较。结果不同教育层次护生对就业单位、医院级别、护理工作范畴和月薪酬取向的比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),对就业医院地理位置取向比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但多数选择在大城市和市级城市工作。结论高学历护生大多选择在大城市、薪酬高的三级医院工作,并且多数不愿意从事临床护理工作。各护理院校应该依据不同教育层次护生的就业需求开展职业生涯教育与辅导,指导护生先就业后择业,树立正确的就业、择业观。Objective To comprehend employment orientation of nursing interns with different educational levels, to provide basis for career guidance and career education. Methods A total of 794 nursing interns （269 undergraduateoo, 297 from junior colleges, 231 from technical secondary schools） were investigated in terms of the organizations where they expected to work, the levels of the hospital where they expected to work, the location of the organizations which they preferred, the expected roles of a nurse, and the expected pay. Results Nursing interns with different educational levels had different orientations in the organizations where they expected to work, the levels of the hospital they expected, the expected roles of a nurse, and the expected pay （P〈0.01 for all）. There was no significant difference in the location of the organizations which they preferred （P〈O. 05）. However, most of them preferred to work in metropolitans and big cities. Conclusion Nursing interns with higher educational level choose to work in 3rd class hospital located in metropolitans and expect to have high pay. Most of them are unwilling to work in clinical situation. Nursing schools should give education about career planning and guidance based on the educational levels of nursing interns. They should be guided to get a job first and then choose a favorite job, and should be helped to build up appropriate employment and jobselection outlook.
