摘　　要：校企合作是实现高职院校人才培养目标的唯一途径,促进校企合作的良性发展,必须建立一套科学的富有地方特色的校企合作机制,这些机制主要包括治理机制、文化机制、资源机制与驱力机制。Cooperation between school and enterprise is the only way for the talent training goal of higher vocational schools. Cooperation mechanism, including governance mechanism, culture mechanism, resource mechanism and force mechanism between school and enterprise which is both scientific and local is needed for the good development of cooperation in both sides.
