高职院校实行“双证书”制度的困境与对策

摘　　要：针对"双证书"制度在实践中所面临的资格证书泛滥、证书考核成本高、企业和行业认可度低等现实困境,以及高职院校在职业资格证书选择中存在的避难就易、与专业特色不对应、与高职办学层次不匹配的普遍问题,高职院校应加强教学计划、实训基地和师资队伍三个方面的建设,并积极实施提升学生就业竞争力、开发实践课程、推进校企合作培养模式三项措施。Aiming at the realistic predicaments in the practice of ＂dual-certificate＂ system,such as the flooding of qualification certificates,high cost for certificate examination,low recognition of enterprises and industries,and the common problems existed in selection of professional qualification certificates of higher vocational schools such as avoiding difficulty and selecting easy,mismatching with specialty characteristics and school-running level of higher vocational schools,higher vocational schools should strengthen the construction of teaching plan,practice training base and teaching staff,and actively adopt three measures： try to enhance students＇ employment competitiveness,develop practice courses and boost school and enterprise cooperation.
