摘 要:文章从味道的表达方式及味觉的隐喻两方面对中国文化视野中的味道和味觉进行考察。味觉作为人类共有的感觉,具有社交性感官的功能,也具有因为食物和性的联系所带来的隐喻,然而在中国文化中,味觉还有更为重要的含义。中国人以和为美的性格从而具有五味调和的味觉要求;道家追求自然而清淡让中国人的味觉体验清新自然;儒家追求食精脍细,所以中国人在饮食上还追求利益和章法;中国人有医食同源的观念,进而对味觉的追求也伴随实用的功能。The article analyzes the taste and the sense of taste in Chinese vision from the perspectives of the expressions of the former and the metaphors of the latter respectively.The sense of taste,as a common human feeling,is capable of the sensory function in social interaction,and is possessive of metaphors associating with foods and sex.However,the sense of taste has more significant meanings in Chinese cultures.On general,Chinese people highly value harmony,thus they would like to have a harmonious combination of the five tastes.More specifically,Taoists are fond of natural and light tastes,while Confucians often appear to be extremely particular about food,thus leading to their incessant pursuit of eating etiquettes.Besides,medicines and foods often come together in Chinese cultures,which may explain why Chinese people's pursuit of foods often carries practical functions.
