摘　　要：英语教学是一种复杂的行为活动,教师在教学中起到了非常重要的作用。英语教师在教学过程中应注重英语教学艺术、优化教学结构、创设语言环境、熟练使用多媒体、关注学生情感因素、和谐师生关系、提高自身魅力,培养学生良好学习习惯,吸引学生的注意力,调动其积极主动性,从而提高教学质量。English teaching is a complex behavioral activity,teachers in the teaching has played a very important role.English teachers in the teaching process should focus on English language teaching art,teaching structure,the creation of language environment,skilled use of multimedia,attention to student emotional factors,harmonious relations between teachers and students to improve their charm,cultivate good study habits,active classroom atmosphere,attract students Attention,to mobilize its positive initiative to improve the quality of teaching.
