摘 要:主体性教学是最近几年热议的话题,它实现了对传统课堂教学的超越,更加关注人本身的需要,它的出现为农村教师培训方法的革新注入了新的活力。文章阐述了农村教师在职短期培训中忽视受教育者主体性的表现,并在此基础上提出了加强主体性教学的主张。Subjective teaching is a hot topic in recent years.It goes beyond the traditional classroom teaching,and pays more attention to the needs of the individual.Its appearance gives new vitality to the rural teacher training.In this paper,the neglect of the performance of subjectivity in the rural peofessional short-term training of teachers has been shown,and on the basis of which,the strategic analysis of strengthening the response of the main teaching has been proposed.
