摘　　要：加强师范生教育素养,必须从五方面进行教师教育改革:优化课程结构、转变教学理念和评价标准、提高实习效率、加强大中小学教师合作及理论联系实践。Strengthening education and literacy of normal college students from five aspects： for teachers to the optimization of course structure,change the teaching idea and evaluation standard,improve the efficiency of practice,strengthen the big primary and secondary school teachers,link theory with practice cooperation.
