优才教育实验背景下的课程文化建设

摘　　要：课程文化建设在学校发展中占有重要地位。基于优才教育理念的优才教育实验在长期的探索中积累了大量的课程文化建设经验,这些经验同时也成为了支撑优才教育实验进一步顺利进行的必要条件。在此背景下东北育才学校的课程文化建设主要体现在形成了面向人格和社会及面向学术和创造的双三元课程结构,并在新形势下不断探索包括课程选择、课程内容、课程组织、课程资源、课程实施、课程结构、教师培养等在七方面在内的课程文化建设与变革。The construotion of Curriculum culture plays an important role in the development of school. Excellent talent education based on the same philosophy has accumulated a great deal of experiment in this area, these experience becomes necessary conditions in the further development of excellent talent education. The constnuction of Curriculum culture in Northeast Yu Cai formats a double structure, one including personality and society, the other including academic and creation. Course selection, course content, course organization, curriculum resources, curriculum implementation, curriculum structure, teacher training are exploring changes in the curriculum culture construction.
