摘 要:利用问卷、档案查阅与访谈等方法,对33个县1997——2006年十年间的教师培训规模、培训经费、培训内容、培训方式、培训师资与培训效果进行了调查与分析,结果表明:教师培训规模逐渐扩大,但农村教师参加高层次培训的机会仍然不多;教师培训经费逐年增加,但经费投入还没有达到政策规定的标准;培训内容缺乏科学性、系统性与有效性;培训方式不利于熟手教师向专家型教师转变。建议加大培训经费投入,加强对教师培训的研究,将教师专业发展的最新研究成果引入教师培训,系统构建培训内容,创新培训方式,培养一批有水平的培训者,从而有效促进教师的专业发展。By using questionnaire, interview and other file access methods, the scale, funds, contents, methods, trainers and effectiveness of ten years (from 1997 - 2006) teacher training in 33 counties were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that although the scale of teacher training was expanded gradually, the opportunities for rural teachers to participate in a high-level training were still limited; Teacher training funds were increased every year, but the funds input had not yet reached the standard which was set by policies and regulations; Training contents lacked scientificity, systematicness and effectiveness; Training methods were not beneficial for the teachers to change from proficient teacher to expert teacher. We suggested that in order to promote the teacher professional development, the funds of teacher training should be increased, the teacher training research strengthened, the latest research results of teacher training introduced in the teacher training practice, training content constructed systematically, training method should be innovated, and a lot of high level trainers should be cultivated.
