摘　　要：继续教育内容和方式设置的科学性、有效性、适应性,是组织实施好教师培训工作的重要环节。本文从继续教育对象的角色特质把握、继续教育内容方式的设置现状透视及需求意向解读等角度,就高中高级职称历史教师继续教育内容与方式的设置进行探析,并提出一些参考性建议。The establishment of scientific, effective, and compatible content and modes of continuing education is an important link for a good organization and implementation of teacher training. From the perspectives of the role characteristics of the subjects of the continuing education, the establishment of the content and modes, and the decoding of needs, the Establishment of the Content and Modes of Continuing Education for the High School Seniorgrade Teachers of history is analyzed and some proposals are put forwards for reference.
