摘　　要：独立学院是近年来的新生事物,其翻译人才的培养模式也需进行摸索。从广东省独立学院翻译人才培养现状谈起,确立了独立学院翻译人才的培养目标以及培养模式,并依此提出翻译人才培养所需的课程设置、教学模式及教材建设,强调独立学院翻译人才的培养应与经济市场需求接轨,突出对学生综合翻译能力的培养。The private college is a newborn thing in the recent years,and its cultivation mode of translation talents also needs to try and grope its own way.Speaking from the current cultivation situation of translation talents in Guangdong province,this text establishes the objective of cultivating translation talents and cultivation mode of private colleges,and puts forward the curriculum setting,teaching pattern and construction of teaching material in cultivating translation talents.It emphasizes that cultivation of translation talents in the private college should be integrated with the demand of economic market,and gives prominence to the cultivation of the comprehensive translation ability of students in the private college.
