摘 要:反思性教学是中小学教师直面教学这一复杂问题情境时,运用来自经验的知识来反思教学中遇到的问题,从而创新教学的过程。中小学教师反思性教学的培养途径有很多,该文主要从多向交流、平等对话、教育叙事研究法、行动研究法等几个方面进行阐述。Reflective teaching is the primary and secondary school teachers to face the complex problem situation,the use of knowledge derived from experience to reflect on the problems encountered in teaching,in order to innovative the process of teaching.The primary and secondary school teachers' reflective teaching have many cultivation ways,and this paper mainly carries on the exposition from several aspects including multi-exchange and equal dialogue,Narrative research education,Action Research and so on.
