开放教育《婚姻法学》课程教学设计的思考

摘　　要：自开放教育改革试点工作展开以来,《婚姻法学》课程教学模式已经不适合运用传统的教学模式来教学。郑州电大的"一主三学"教学模式是在长期的教学实践活动中形成的一种新型教学模式。本文基于此模式阐述了本课程教学的设计策略,对本课程教学设计的具体操作进行了详细的说明,以期对我国法学教育的同仁们有所启发。Reform of the open and distance education,the traditional teaching model of the marriage law is being replaced by the new method of the leading status of the student with three teaching methods,which emphasizes the guiding function of the teacher and the subject position of the student..This article takes the marriage law as an example,briefly introducing and analyzing the design and method of the teaching pattern,which have model significance for the open and distance education University teaching.
