摘 要:目的通过调查了解造成本次职工食物中毒的直接原因。方法运用卫生学调查、流行病学分析方法进行调查,对剩余可疑食物、呕吐物进行检测,对结果进行综合分析。结果呕吐物中亚硝酸盐平均含量为9.8 mg/kg,剩余米饭中亚硝酸盐含量为1.4×105mg/kg,该起食物中毒是由工业用亚硝酸钠引起的。结论依据《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》(GB 14938-94)及食源性急性亚硝酸盐中毒诊断标准及处理原则(WS/T 86-1996),认定该事件为一起因暂时停水引起车间除锈用亚硝酸钠水由水管虹吸至食堂,用含有亚硝酸钠水做成米饭,导致23人出现以头痛、恶心、呕吐、口唇发绀为主要临床症状的化学性食物中毒事件。[Objective] To identify the direct cause of the food poisoning incident through investigation.[Methods]Hygiene investigation and epidemiological analysis were applied for survey.The remaining suspect food and vomit were collected for test.The results were comprehensively analyzed.[Results]The average level of nitrite in vomit was 9.8 mg/kg,the nitrite content in rise was 1.4×105 mg/kg,which indicated that the food poisoning was due to industrial sodium nitrite.[Conclusion]According to " General Principles of Diagnostic Criteria and Technical Management of Food Poisoning"(GB 14938-94),and "Diagnostic Criteria and Principles of Management of Dietary Acute Nitrite Poisoning"(WS/T 86-1996),this incident was identified as chemical food poisoning with main clinical symptoms of headache,nausea,vomiting,cyanosis lips on 23 individuals,caused by eating rice with sodium nitrite contamination from workshop to canteen through siphoning descaling water with sodium nitrite when the water supply was cut off temporarily.
