摘  要:研究了华根霉TCCC41014产纤溶酶液态发酵的工艺条件,采用单因素实验对液态发酵培养基的碳源、氮源、初始pH值、温度和装液量进行了优化。结果表明,实验范围内华根霉TCCC41014液态发酵产纤溶酶的适宜培养基组成(g/L):糊精80,蛋白胨60,豆粕60,初始pH为4.5。适宜培养条件:培养温度为29℃,装液量为50/500mL三角瓶,接种量5×10^5个孢子/mL,培养时间为60h。优化条件下的纤溶酶产量达64.64U/mL。The optimization for liquid-state fermentation of Rhizopus chinensis TCCC 41014 producing fibrinolytic enzyme was carried out. The elects of carbon source, nitrogen source, initial pH, liquid volume and temperature on the fibrinolytic enzyme activity were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate medium composed were as follows: dextrin 80 g/L, peptone 60 g/L, bean meals 60 g/L and initial pH of 4.5. The optimized fermentation time, temperature and inoculum volume were 60 h, 29 ℃ and 5 ×10^5 spores per mL, respectively. Under the optimized conditions the average fibrinolytic enzyme activity reached 64.64 U/mL.
