摘  要:采用超临界CO2结合夹带剂对顶坛花椒籽油进行萃取。以油得率为指标,采用正交试验对提取条件进行优化。结果表明,其最优工艺条件为:压力16 MPa,温度45℃,无水乙醇作夹带剂,添加量为CO2摩尔流量的3%。最佳条件下油得率达21.98%。气相色谱分析显示顶坛花椒籽油富含亚麻酸、棕榈油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,但所得油脂酸值偏高,需进一步精炼。Different kinds of entrainers were added to the process of extracting Zanthoxylum planispinumvar. dintanensis seed oil with supercritical carbon dioxide. The optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows: pressure 16 MPa, temperature 45℃, absolute ethanol as entrainer, entrainer dosage 3 % ( based on the molar flux of carbon dioxide). Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield reached 21.98 % . The gas chromatographic analysis showed that the Zanthoxylum planispinumvar, dintanensis seed oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as linolenic acid, palmitoleic acid and linoleic acid. The acid value of the oil was slightly higher, and the oil should be refined.
