关于考试管理与人格培养的思考

摘　　要：随着社会制度的不断进步,考试已成为一种不可或缺的检控工具;通过考试对受试者所做出的评价,已成为社会对各种不同人群进行分类、对各种技能学习水平进行评定、甚至成为关乎众多人群生存方式与职业机会的一种重要指标。考试在整个教育中的科学性、严谨性、系统性建设会直接影响到社会意识、社会风气、素质标准的走向。文章分析了考试对人格培养所带来的各种影响,对人群各种素质提高所起的利弊作用,以及提出了如何从制度和管理上进行改善的思考。With the advancement of social system,the examination has become an indispensable checking and control method.The evaluation made by the examination has become an important indicator for social classification of different people,and for the class assessment of all kinds of skills,which touches people＇s survival means and career opportunities.To construct a scientific,conscientious and systematic examinational system is necessary for directing the orientations of social consciousness,social morality and quality standards of people.This paper discusses the various effects of examination on personality cultivation and the advantages and disadvantages to training people＇s qualities,and advises on how to improve the institution and management in this respect.
