摘　　要：随着终身教育理念的深入和学习化社会的建设,社区教育的重要性进一步凸显出来。各国在发展社区教育实践的过程中逐步形成了自己的特色,推动了社会的发展。纵观国外社区教育的实践,体现出明显的开放化、实体化、法制化、特色化、弹性化和规范化等特征。通过深入分析各国的社区教育实践特点,为我国社区教育的有效开展提供有益的启示和借鉴。With the construction of lifelong education and learning society,community education becomes increasingly important.Specific features have developed in each country,that promotes the social development.The community education practice features in openness,substantiation,legislation,characteristics,flexibility and standardization.The article is aimed at suggestions for the Chinese community education development.
