浅谈高职院校《机械设计基础》课程教学团队的建设

摘　　要：教学团队是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要环节，是实施质量工程的关键举措。课程教学团队是以课程建设改革为目标的特殊教学团队。云南国防工业职业技术学院以《机械设计基础》课程为载体，对课程教学团队建设进行了有益的探索，提出了密切校企合作的基础上配置合理的师资结构、建立高效的管理模式从而营造团结合作的氛围。Teaching team is vocational college.this construction is the important link of the implementation of quality engineering, the key measures. Curriculum teaching team is course construction reform for objective special teaching team. Yunnan Vocational ＆ Technical College of National Defense Industry in the mechanical design basic course for the carrier, on the course, the teaching team construction has carried on the beneficial exploration, put forward based on the close cooperation between the reasonable all- ocation teaching structure, establishing an efficient mode of management thereby creating unity atmosphere of cooperation.
