摘　　要：教育振兴是中国振兴的重要标志，教育兴国是国家的发展战略。在学校教育中，校长作为学校组织行政的最高负责人，肩负着学校的社会责任。正是校长地位的重要性，校长队伍的专业化发展在世界范围内受到了广泛重视，专业化正在成为校长职业发展的趋势。促进校长的专业化发展，可通过以下途径：一是建立校长任职管理制度，二是实施校长培训制度。The revitalization of education is an important symbol of country＇ revitalization, education is one of the country＇ s development strategies. In school education, school principals as the head of administrative organization. School principal charged with the social responsibility. Because of the importance of principal position, the professional development of principals by the world ＇ s attention. Principal professional become president of professional career development trend. In order to promote the professional development of principals, we can take the following measures ： First, to establish principal office management system, the second is to implement princioal training svstem.
