摘　　要：本文指出了新时期高职院校图书馆继续教育现状,并针对此提出了建立高职院校图书馆员继续教育的长效机制,最后简要介绍了高职图书馆员继续教育的主要内容。This paper points out the new period the library of higher vocational college education present situation, and continued for this has proposed establishing librarians＂ continuous education in higher vocational colleges of long-effect mechanism, finally briefly introduced the librarians＂ continuous education in higher vocational the main content.
