低碳经济引领水产品加工业发展新方向

摘　　要：阐述了目前水产品加工业的现状和存在问题,分别从加工科技含量,生产设备;高附加值产品开发,精深加工能力;产业结构、产品质量标准体系和法律法规等方面展开论述,探讨了制约我国水产品加工业低碳经济发展的因素,提出了水产品加工业向低碳经济发展的思路和相关措施。水产品加工业的低碳经济发展道路需要依靠技术创新,提高水产品副产物的综合应用,发展水产品精深加工。另外,国家政策引导和产业结构调整等措施对水产品加工业低碳经济可持续发展也至关重要。The present situation and existing problems of the aquatic products processing industry,mainly including scientific and technical level,production equipments,high value-added products,deep processing of aquatic products,industrial structure,quality standard system of aquatic products,laws and regulations,are reviewed in this paper.The main factors affecting the aquatic products processing industry towards a low-carbon economy are discussed in detail.The measures and ideas about how to develop low-carbon economy in the aquatic products processing industry are proposed,which rely on technological innovation,improvement of comprehensive application of industrial by-products and refined-processing technologies of aquatic products,strengthening policy guidance,and adjustment of industry structure.
