摘  要:职技高师教育注重学生的理论知识和动手能力的培养,校企合作是职技高师人才培养的有效手段。针对职技高师校企合作存在的政策保障机制不健全、产教结合体制尚未建立、学校重视不够、利益关系有待协调等问题,要加强政府引导作用,创造良好的校企合作政策制度环境,以市场为引导,改革实践教学内容与方法;突出办学特色,促进人才培养模式创新;积极转变观念,推进校企合作的深度融合。The vocational and technical teachers' college pay attention to cultivate students' theoretical knowledge and hand-working abilities, and school-enterprise cooperation is important measure for talent cultivation of vocational and tech- nical teachers' college. Aiming at the problems existed in school-enterprise cooperation of vocational and technical teach- ers' college such as incomplete policy assurance mechanism, the production-teaching combination mechanism isn't estab- lished, school doesn't pay attention to, and the benefit relationship should be harmonized, etc. , the following measures should be taken: strengthen the guiding role of government, create good systematic environment for school-enterprise coop- eration, reform practice teaching contents and methods oriented by market; stand out school-rnnning characteristics and en- hance the innovation of talent cultivation model; actively transform view and boost the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation.
