葡萄糖酸钠生产厂黑曲霉菌渣的利用研究

摘　　要：对葡萄糖酸钠生产中残留的黑曲霉菌体废渣的营养成分进行了测定,结果表明:该菌渣含粗蛋白10.30%、粗脂肪3.89%、粗纤维14.46%、粗灰分21.00%、总糖32.56%,此外还含有丰富的Ca、P、Mg、Fe、K、Na等矿物元素,与常用的饲料原料进行比较,证明该菌渣可用作饲料原料。为进一步实现该菌渣的高值化综合利用,对从该菌渣中提取粗蛋白、壳聚糖、麦角甾醇等有用成分的工艺进行了研究,提取率分别达到10.84%、3.44%、0.81%,壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为72.95%。The nutritive elements of the Aspergillus niger biomass residue from sodium gluconate plant were measured.The results showed that the strain residue contained crude protein 10.30%,crude fat 3.89%,crude fiber 14.46%,crude ash 21.00%,total sugar 32.56%.It was also rich in Ca,P,Mg,Fe,K and othermineral elements.Compared with the common feed ingredients,the bacteria can be used as feed material.To further realized the value of the strain,preliminarily study on the extracting technology of protein,chitosan and ergosterol,and their extraction rates were 10.84%,3.44%,0.81%,degree of deacetylation of chitosan was 72.95%.
