摘　　要：化学教学论是研究学科教育教学规律及其应用的学科，是高师生的核心课程之一。本文结合化学教学论的教学实践，讨论了化学教学论课程中教与学的一些典型问题。一方面，教学论教师应注意“自省”、完善课程体系的建设；另一方面，高师生应重视教学实践，强化从教能力训练。The teaching methodology is a branch of education science focusing on theories of curriculum teaching and their application in practice. And it is the core curriculum of normal college students. Combining the practice of Chemistry Didactics, some typical problems in the teaching and learning process of didactics course were discussed. On one hand, teachers of didactics should self-introspect their teaching attitudes and manners, and also should improve and perfect the curricular system. On the other hand, normal students must devote much attention to teaching practice, and strengthen the teaching ability.
