摘　　要：2010年卫生部在江西、云南、贵州和甘肃4省开展了乡镇临床执业助理医师的试点工作。数据分析结果显示,考生成绩总体呈现负偏态分布,符合标准参照考试的基本要求;考生成绩随着考生学历的提高而增高,说明考试具有较好的区分能力;试题难度比例符合考试设计;试卷信度系数符合教育测量标准;试卷内容结构合比较合理。The Ministry of Health carried out a pilot work about the licensing examination of village physician in Jiangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Gansu provinces in 2010. Data analysis showed that the overall test scores negatively skewed distribution, in line with the basic requirements of the criterion reference test; the test scores increased with the improvement of candidates＇ education, with higher of scores section, indicated the examination have good discrimination; the ratio of item difficulty was reasonable; the reliability coefficient of the paper was in line with the standard of the education measure; paper＇s content structure was reasonable.
