摘　　要：通过对初中数学教师工作满意度的情况进行调查研究，对调查的结果进行归纳与综合分析，并与国外的情况进行比较，发现工作稳定、收入稳定、有寒暑假、可以带薪休息、领导和同事的关心使他们获得工作的满足感等因素和国外的研究结果有本质不同；工资偏低与教师评价等不满意因素和国外的研究结果相一致。其中“学生难管理”是当前数学教师不满意的因素之一，这个因素在国外的研究中很少见。This study investigates Chinese middle school math teachers＇ job satisfaction in contrast to international literature. Chinese teachers are found to be satisfied with factors such as work stability, salary stability, official summer and winter vacations, and leadership and peer support. Unsatisfactory factors include low salary and teacher evaluation. These findings were consistent with those found in the international literature. An unique factor found in this study is that the new generations are difficult to educate.
