摘　　要：本文针对专科升本科药物化学实验教学的特点,引导学生查阅文献,对二苯甲醇的氧化步骤采用无毒、无污染的三氯化铁试剂代替浓硝酸,克服了后者所具有的腐蚀性、放出有毒二氧化氮气体造成环境污染的缺点,对苯妥英钠合成路线进行了改革.在不增加原有实验学时的基础上,训练了学生独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高了学生文献检索的能力,同时巩固了文献课程和实验课程的教学效果.As a part of the medicinal chemistry experimental teaching reform, the synthesis of phenytoin sodium was improved by using atoxic and environment-friend agent ferric chloride to take the place of nitric acid to avoid releasing toxic nitric oxide and causing environment pollution. This is successfully performed by instructing students to read references, give suggestions and design the experiment rationally without increasing the experiment time.
