基于“校企结合”的应用型成教人才培养的研究

摘　　要："校企合作"是指高校与企业共同明确人才培养规格和制定人才培养方案,在办学场所、专业建设、师资结构、实训设备等方面互利资源,为企业"量身定做"培养人才的一种新型的教育形式。论述成人高等教育要向着多元化、开放式的形式发展方向。提出成人高等教育办学模式需重新确立,认为积极倡导、推行和实施"校企结合"的人才培养模式是实现培养高层次应用型成教人才目标的有效方式之一。＂Collaboration of School and Enterprise＂ is a cooperation between colleges and enterprises in drafting the specification and plan of talent cultivation and in mutual use of resources such as teaching facilities,program construction,teaching staff and teaching equipment,and it is a new-type of education of cultivating talents catering for the needs of enterprises.This paper points out multiple and open development direction of adult higher education.It also points out that the operating mode of adult higher education should be redefined and deems that collaboration of school and enterprise is one of the effective ways to realize the aim of developing high-level practical talents.
