摘　　要：高职教师反思性研修是指高职教师在反思的基础上自觉研修,主动提升专业发展水平的教育活动形式,具有专业自觉凸显等特点。高职教师反思性研修要以理论为依据,明确研修内容,在研修方法和形式上寻求突破创新,以多元的评价方式促进教师自我发展。The reflective refresher of higher vocational teachers is the form of education activities by which teachers consciously refresh and initiatively promote professional development level on the basis of reflection,and having the feature of displaying professional conscionshess.Based on the theoretical foundation,the reflective refresher of higher vocational teachers should ensure the content,and researching the breakthrough of methods and forms to promote the teachers＇ self-development in multiple evaluations.
