摘　　要：技术知识具有明显的意会性,这种意会性对技术创新和技术学习具有重要的意义,学习和传播技术知识必须重视其意会性的特征。技术知识学习和转化的主要途径是实践,因此,可以通过推行学徒制,在教学中采用情境性教学模式以及利用多媒体仿真技术等方式来强化实践性学习,从而使得个体较快地理解和掌握某种技术知识。Technical Knowledge has the apparent attribute of being tacit,which is of great significance of technical innovation and learning.Practice is the main way to get technical knowledge and promote its application.To better understand and master a certain technical knowledge,we can carry out apprenticeship system,adopt situational teaching approach and use multimedia simulation technology to reinforce technical learning.
