摘  要:甘蔗糖厂积垢多存在于蒸发罐、糖浆过滤器及煮糖罐中,对生产过程和产品质量都有不利影响。对糖厂蒸发罐、糖浆过滤器以及甲膏煮糖罐积垢进行湿法消解后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定各积垢样品中钙、镁含量,并对结果进行分析比较。运用该方法测得各积垢中钙含量为206~266 mg/kg,RSD值为0.21~2.28,加标回收率为97.4%~103.5%;镁含量为0.4~2.22 mg/kg,RSD值为1.31~3.34,加标回收率为95.2%~106.4%,具有较好的准确度和精确度。Scales of cane sugar factory mainly exist in the evaporators, filters of syrup and vacuum pans, which are bad for the process and quality of production. Wet digestion method was used to scales from evaporators, filters of syrup and vacuum pans and contents of calcium and magnesium were determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in digestion solutions of scales, the results were analyzed and compared. Using this method, the measured calcium content of scales was 206 - 266 mg/kg, RSD was 0.21-2.28, the recovery rate was 97.4% ~103.5%; magnesium content of scales was 0.4-2.22 mg/kg, RSD was 1.31-3.34, the recovery rate was 95.2%-106.4%, which has good accuracy and precision.
