摘　　要：培养反思型教师、倡导反思性教学的教育理念与实践始于20世纪80年代的英美等国。如今,培养反思型教师已经成为教师自我发展的主要途径之一。本文主要探讨反思型教师的内涵、教学反思的必要性以及反思型教师培养的途径。The concept of reflective teaching and the practice of fostering reflective teachers started in America and England in the 1980s.Nowdays fostering reflective teachers has been one of the main means of enhancing teacher development.In this paper,the questions like the meaning of reflective teachers,the necessity of applying reflective teaching and the main methods of developing reflective teachers are explored.
