“八型”素养:高职院校教师师德修养的新境界

摘　　要：师德是指教师的职业道德。不同层次与类型的学校对师德的要求各有侧重。同层次与类型的学校在不同时期对教师师德素养的要求也有所差别。新时期高职院校教师师德素养应包括为"忠诚型"、"敬业型"、"合作型"、"交融型"、"表率型"、"学习型"、"创新型"、"廉洁型"素养等八大新境界。Morality is a teacher＇s professional ethics.Different levels and types of schools have focused on different requirements of morality.The same levels and types of schools at different times also have different requirements of teachers＇ morality.Higher Vocational School Teachers＇ moral quality should be included as a ＂loyalty-type＂,＂professional-type＂,＂cooperative＂,＂fusion-type＂,＂model type＂,＂learning,＂ ＂innovative,＂ ＂uncorrupted type ＂ such eight new realm.
