摘　　要：国家示范性高职院校目前存在建设目标界定不够清晰、建设和验收的重点不够明确两大问题。示范性高职院校建设的重点在于"示范","示范性"应有充分的历史积淀,同时发展高职应该充分发挥基层群众的智慧。There existed two problems in the construction of national model higher vocational colleges,which were the unclearly defined objectives and the undefined emphasis of constructing,inspecting and accepting.The construction of model higher vocational colleges should focus on being model,and the demonstrative character should have adequate historical accumulation.Finally,the grassroots＇ intelligence should be given full play to the development of higher vocational education.
