摘 要:用常规方法分析了鱿鱼肝脏的基本营养成分,并使用气相色谱仪测定鱿鱼肝脏油的脂肪酸组成和含量,在此基础上通过动物实验探讨了鱿鱼肝脏油对小鼠血脂的影响。结果显示:鱿鱼肝脏蛋白质含量为17.62%、粗脂肪含量为48.42%、灰分1.37%、水分含量为28.44%。鱿鱼肝脏油中脂肪酸共有28种,总量为71.84mg/g,不饱和脂肪酸占73.18%。动物实验结果显示:灌胃鱿鱼肝脏油的实验组与灌胃猪油的对照组相比,小鼠血清中TG和LDL-C极显著低于空白组,TC显著低于对照组,HDL-C显著高于对照组。表明与人们日常食用的猪油相比,鱿鱼肝脏油更适于调节小鼠血脂平衡。The basic nutrient of squid liver was determined using general methods and the fatty acid of squid liver oil was determined using GC. Its effect on blood lipid metabolism of mice was also studied.Result showed that, squid liver contents of crude fat, crude proteins, ash and water are 48.42% ,28.44%, 1.37% and 28.44%.There were 28 kinds of fatty acids, about 71.84mg/g, in squid liver oil. And unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 73.18%. Compared with control groups mice, TG and LDL- C of blood decreased significantly ( p 〈 0.01 ), TC decreased significantly( p 〈 0.05 ), HDL-C of blood increased significantly( p 〈 0.05).1t was indicated that compared with lard, squid liver oil was better at adjusting blood lioid balance of mice.
