摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定发酵液中4-羟基苯乳酸含量的方法,同时研究了Lactobacillus sp.SK007发酵过程中4-羟基苯乳酸的定量分析与生产进程。该方法可用来进行产4-羟基苯乳酸微生物的快速筛选及发酵液中4-羟基苯乳酸的快速检测,具有准确度高、重现性好、操作简单等优点。HPLC determination of 4-hydroxy-phenyllactic acid was developed, and biproduction of 4-hydroxy- phenyllactic acid by Lactobacillus sp.SKO07 was studied by using the HPLC method.The method was distinguished for its high precision, excellent repeatedly and easy operation, and could be used in rapid screening of the microorganism with 4-hydroxy- phenyllactic acid productivity.
