论素质教育与职业核心能力培养的有机融合

摘　　要：论述了素质教育和学生职业核心能力培养对学生成长及就业的重要作用,以及二者的内在联系;分析了目前高职院校在素质教育与学生职业核心能力培养中存在的问题,提出了创建素质教育与职业核心能力培养有机融合的平台,即:校企合作精心设计专业人才培养目标和培养方案,基于以学生为主体的教学改革,将第一课堂和第二课堂有机融合。经过三年的教育教学改革试验,取得了明显的成效,试验班毕业生在应聘面试中,尤其是在职业岗位工作中的出色表现,得到了用人单位的信任和重用。The paper tries to analyze the importance of the education for all-round development and the cultivation of core professional competence to the personal development and social achievement of the student and the internal relations between them.It analyzes the current problems in the education for all-round development and the cultivation of core professional competence in vocational colleges and provides the proposal on the way to integrate the education of all-round development and the cultivation of core professional competence,which is to cultivate professionals through cooperating with corporations in guidance of meticulously designed education and cultivation projects and to reform teaching methods in order to put students in the dominant position in learning and to integrate the first and the second classes.The above project has been carried on for three years on experimental classes and got distinct achievement.Graduates from these classes have outstand in interviews and what is more special is that they performed so excellent in their positions that they got trust and been give important responsibilities from their employees before long.
