摘　　要：本文通过对甘肃农村17所中学和小学总共827名教师的调查发现,教师对所参加的教师培训的满意度不高,主要有培训机会与培训时间、培训内容以及培训方式等因素的影响。在实证调查的基础上,文章从教师专业成长的角度,针对性地提出了建议。This article through to Gansu rural 17 middle school and primary school 827 teacher investigation, found for teachers attended the teacher training satisfaction is not high, largely due to the training opportunity and training time, training content, and the training methods factors. On the basis of empirical study, this article from the teacher professional development start, pertinently put forward Suggestions.
