摘 要:通过对兰新铁路第二双线路基试验段工程4个工点路基压实质量K30,Ev2,Evd,孔隙率n4项检测指标结果及相关性的分析表明:力学指标Evd与K30,Ev2与K30由于受填料种类、级配等的影响,其直接线性相关性较差,但Evd与K30,Ev2与K30可以用同一函数拟合,其间接相关性良好;由Ev2与K30拟合函数分析表明,现行设计规范中所规定的Ev2与K30标准不匹配,相比Ev2值,Ev2/Ev1更能反映路基的压实质量,提出戈壁地区高速铁路路基检测,基床以下路堤:Ev2≥60 MPa且Ev2/Ev1≤3.2;基床底层:Ev2≥80 MPa且Ev2/Ev1≤3;由物理指标压实度K和孔隙率n间的相关性分析表明,对于戈壁粗颗粒填料采用目前设计规范中所规定的孔隙率值来控制压实度是不合理的,与压实度K相对应的孔隙率n应针对具体的填料进行室内击实试验来确定。戈壁地区建议基床以下路堤:孔隙率n≤25%,基床底层孔隙率n≤23%。Through compaction test of K30,Ev2,Evd and porosity n of the second double line of Lan-Xin railway subgrade test section,the results of four test and its correlation were analyzed.The analysis shows that: because of the various filler type,size distribution,the direct linear correlation of Evd and K30,Ev2 and K30 is poor.But the correlation between Evd and K30,Ev2 and K30 can fitting by a special function,so their indirect correlation is better.It is showed that by the fitting function of Ev2 and K30,standards between Ev2 and K30 do not match each other,comparing with Ev2,Ev2/Ev1 can reflect the quality of subgrade compaction better.It is proposed that,high-speed railway subgrade testing in the desert area,in the following embankment subgrade: Ev2≥60 MPa and Ev2/Ev1≤3.2;Underlying subgrade: Ev2≥80 MPa and Ev2/Ev1≤3.It is not scientific that using uniform porosity to control the degree of compaction.The porosity n corresponding with compaction K,should determined by compaction test of specific filling materials.It is proposed in the Gobi region,the following embankment subgrade:n≤25%;Underlying subgrade:n≤23%.
