高等学校院系两级党政班子互动教学模式研究——对大连海洋大学外国语学院学生的调查

摘　　要：高等学校院系两级党政班子互动教学模式,以大学生的成长成才为目的,以提高教育质量为特征,建立和设计多种贴近课堂、贴近教师和大学生特点的实践载体。引导教师和学生在载体中积极实践,形成二级学院、专业教研室两级班子党政联合、上下联动,一起"抓"教育与教学,共同解决"教"与"学"的问题,从而实现教师教学效果的优化和学生学习质量的提高,形成优良的教风和学风。The teaching model of the application of the interaction between the middle-level and the grass-roots Party-administrative leading groups to teaching in colleges and universities,with contribution to students＇ growth and becoming qualified personnel as goal,characterized with improving educational quality,requires that a variety of practice-oriented carriers that are applicable to classroom teaching,teachers and students be designed and established;and both teachers and students be guided to actively practice in such carriers and try to effect the union and unified action between the middle-level/faculty-level Party-administrative leading groups and the grass-roots/teaching-and-research-section-level Party-administrative leading groups,pay special attention to and take charge of the teacher and student work in company,and try to solve the problems existing in both teaching and learning in company,in the hope of bettering teachers＇ teaching quality and students＇ learning quality and shaping a fine style of teaching and study.
