高职大学生自主性分析及培养

摘　　要：自主性已成为现代社会评价人才的一个重要因素。引导高职大学生升华出高层次的自主性非常有必要。首先从理论上界定自主性的概念与内涵,接着对高职大学生的自主性发展状况进行深入分析,最后提出通过自主学习、自我教育、自我管理、自主性活动等途径培养和提高高职大学生的自主性。Autonomy represents a key factor for talent assessment in the modern era.Accordingly, there is an urgent need to steer college students toward high-level autonomy. The article clearly defines the intention of ＂autonomy＂ , analyzes the development of vocational college students＇ autonomy,and presents approaches for improving their autonomy.
