摘  要:21世纪以来,日本不断推进教师教育改革,以适应其以培养学生"生存能力"为目标的教育改革的需要。日本教师教育改革的经验包括:在目标上适应时代要求确立教师教育目标;在管理制度上打破教师资格终身制,实行弹性教师资格更新制度;在课程设置上构建教师教育一体化课程体系;在培训机构上以大学为依托开展教师教育。日本教师教育改革对我国的启示在于:确立教师教育目标应体现时代特点;教师资格管理应由终身制向更新制转变;完善教师教育一体化课程体系。Since the 20th century,Japan is constantly advancing teachers education,enhancing teachers' qualification and ability,so as to adapt the education reform.Japanese teachers education experiences include;in the goals,they develop teachers education goals in order to adapt to the new time;in the management,they establish flexible teachers' qualification update system and break teachers' qualification lifelong education;in the curriculum adaption,they construct teachers education integration curriculum system;in the training organization,they develop teachers education through the university.The Japanese teachers education benefits a lot to our country.We should develop the teachers education goals to adapt to the new time;we should convert teachers' qualification lifelong education into update system;we should perfect teachers education curriculum integration system.
