摘  要:根据神经生物学课程特点,以多媒体直观教学为主要手段,开展双语教学,开设综合性学生实验,采用实践和观摩相结合的教学模式,内容涵盖了中枢神经损伤和周围神经损伤及再生修复评价、胶质细胞和神经元的分离培养及鉴定等,在培养学生动手能力的同时,充分调动学生主观能动性,对巩固理论知识、强化记忆、培养科研思路,发挥着积极作用。坚持以科研反哺教学的新理念,建立本科生导师制,从教材建设、师资培养等方面加强神经生物学课程建设。According to the characteristic of neurobiology,it was used multimedia direct-viewing as principal teaching method and bilingualism teaching model during the course.They set up comprehensive experiments for students including central and peripheral nerve injury and regeneration,isolated culture and identification of gliocytes and neurons etc.They emphasize on cultivating students' capability of bringing new ideas and shifting their subjective mobility.They insist on the new conviction of "scientific research pay filial piety to teaching" and establish the preceptorship among undergraduates.They reinforce the course construction of neurobiology from aspects such as teaching material,the cultivation of teachers and so on.
