农村教师与新课程教学改革的适切需要

摘　　要：农村教师正确地把握新课程教学目标、新课程师生互动教学和因地制宜进行教学,是当前推进我国农村基础教育新课程教学改革的适切需要。教师在新课程标准三维目标设计与实施中淡化德育、回避德育和不讲德育的教学倾向是错误的。This paper holds that rural teachers should have a correct grasp of the new curriculum teaching goals,teacher-student interaction,and the ways of teaching in the light of local conditions,which is the appropriate need for the promotion of the new curriculum reform in rural elementary education of our country.This paper also points out that it is wrong that teachers tend to downplay,evade or give up moral education when designing and implementing the three-demensional teaching goal of the new curriculum standards.
