民族地区义务教育阶段贫困学生就学资助问题研究

摘　　要：对农村贫困家庭学生实施就学资助,是保证其顺利完成学业的重要措施,也是推进义务教育过程公平的目标。但目前西北民族地区贫困农村就学资助面临着覆盖面窄、力度小,资助需求满足程度低等方面的问题。本文对现有农村贫困学生资助政策及社会对贫困学生开展资助方面存在的问题进行了探讨,并就尽快构建西北民族地区贫困学生就学资助体系提出了相应建议。Implementing the schooling aid for the rural poor family students is the important measure to guarantee students to complete studies successfully, it also be a target of promoting compulsory education process justice. But the schooling aid of northwest minority poor rural areas confronts with many difficulties, such as the coverage of aid is narrow and inadequate, moreover, it can＇ t satisfy more stu- dents. The article discusses the current problems of assistance policy and social assistance for poor students. Some corresponding sugges- tions on constructive schooling financial assistance system in northwest minority areas are put forward lastly.
