摘　　要：国家精品课程建设是教育部"高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程"的重要组成部分,是提高教学质量和人才培养质量的关键。教师是精品课程建设的主力军,教师的教学理念、教学文档、教学内容组织、课堂组织形式、教师和学生的角色、实训教学方法等方面在建设高职精品课程的过程中都发生了一系列的变化。本课题组通过调查分析的方式对精品课程建设对高职教师教学产生了哪些方面的影响、精品课程的建设需要什么样的教师及对高职教师提出了哪些新的要求等方面进行了探索研究。The top-quality course construction of national level is an important part of ＂Project of educational quality and teaching innovation in higher schools＂ issued by Ministry of Education and is the key to the improvement of educational quality.In the construction,teachers are the main force,and so teachers will surely be impacted in the course of construction such as teachers’ teaching ideology,teaching files,teaching methods,class organization and so on.The paper studies by investigation what influences the top-quality course construction extends on the teachers and their teaching in higher vocational schools,what kind of teachers are needed for the top-quality course construction,and what new requirements the construction brings forward.
