高职院校辅导员职业忠诚度意义的探析

摘　　要：辅导员是高职院校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高职院校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。实践表明,辅导员的忠诚奉献是高职院校求发展、大学生提高素质的关键,高职院校辅导员作为特殊的职业,对其职业的忠诚已经成为影响创造价值的根本因素。Instructors are the important composing part of teachers staff and management group in higher vocational colleges.They are the backbone of developing college students＇ ideological and political education.They are the organizers,operators and instructors of college students＇ daily ideological and political education and management work.Practice shows that the loyal dedication of instructors is the key to developing high colleges,improving college students＇ quality.As the special career of college instructors,their loyalty has become the essential factor of affecting creation value.
