摘　　要：教师培训是提高教师专业水平的重要途径,但是目前农村教师培训现状不容乐观。基于网络的远程培训是一种全新的教师培训模式,它不仅能解决目前农村教师培训中存在的问题,还能提高教师培训的效率,促进培训功能的可持续性。Teacher training is an important way to improve teachers＇ professional level, however, the status of rural teacher training has unoptimistic situation at the present time. Web - based distance training is a new model of teacher training. It can not only solve the problems in rural teacher training, but also improve the efficiency and promote the sustainability of the training function.
